A friend (thanks Amy!) told us about Thai ice cream. So Stephen took me there for a date night. He was too creeped out (he doesn't eat any icecream containing eggs) to try any, but he watched me! And it was delicious!
But it's more fun to eat it with someone, so later, I took Clyde!! He'll eat anything with me :)
So they pour the liquid cream of your flavor choice onto a below-freezing stone and scrape it up with a swirl of your choice so that it creates a kind of spiral. Then they put your toppings on. I normally only get one topping, but people sometimes get ten or more!!
